ACE (Agentic Commerce Engine)
Using ACE

Set up on WordPress

Install the Agentic Commerce Engine plugin from the WordPress.org directory, connect it with your ACE API key, and optimize your WooCommerce products.

The Agentic Commerce Engine plugin brings ACE into your WordPress admin. It optimizes your WooCommerce products with AI, outputs structured data for search engines and AI assistants, and lets you approve every change before it goes live. Reviewing and approving all happen inside WordPress.

1. Install the plugin

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New, search for Agentic Commerce Engine, then click Install Now and Activate. You can also download it from wordpress.org/plugins/agentic-commerce-engine and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Requirements

  • PHP 8.0 or higher (required).
  • WordPress 6.5 or higher.
  • WooCommerce is optional. Without it, AI-crawler analytics, schema output, and publishing preferences still work. Install WooCommerce 7.0 or higher to unlock the product suite: catalog sync, enrichment, review, and product feeds. The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

You do not need to set up any WooCommerce REST API credentials. The plugin reads your products locally and talks to ACE securely with your API key.

2. Connect your site to ACE

Some features run locally with no account. To use AI writing, enrichment, and AI Search, connect your site:

  1. Go to Agentic Commerce Engine → Connection in the WordPress admin menu.
  2. On the Connect your site to ACE screen, paste your ACE API key into the API key field and click Connect site.
  3. If you host ACE at a custom address, open Advanced and set the Platform URL (it defaults to https://ace.authoritas.com).

Need a key? Follow Find your API key, or use the Where do I find my API key? link on the Connection screen. Once connected, the screen shows your masked key, your Store ID, a Run health check button, and a Disconnect option.

3. Sync and enrich your products

With WooCommerce active:

  1. Go to Agentic Commerce Engine → Products. Use the status tabs and filters to find products, then choose Enrich all or Enrich selected.
  2. In the Choose what to enrich dialog, pick the content types and click Enrich now. Enrichment runs in the background.

4. Review and approve

Open Agentic Commerce Engine → Review. Every suggestion shows as a before-and-after comparison per content type. Approve them one at a time, use Approve all, or revert an applied change. You can also turn on auto-apply if you would rather skip manual review. Nothing changes on your products until it is approved.

5. Feeds and structured data

With WooCommerce active, the plugin's Settings screen lists your public product feed URLs (Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, and the Agentic Commerce feed), and Product JSON-LD is emitted on your product pages so search engines and AI assistants can read rich product facts.

If WooCommerce is not active, the Products and Review screens show a WooCommerce required notice with an Install WooCommerce button.
