Only by volume. Every package includes every Rezolve Ai feature, the human review queue, and API access. A bigger package simply includes more credits each month at a lower rate per credit, so you pick the one that matches your catalogue size rather than hunting for a feature behind a paywall.
On a paid package you keep going and the extra credits are charged as overage, billed pro rata. On Growth that is $7 per 1,000 extra credits, so a 500 credit overrun costs $3.50 rather than a whole block. On the Free package there is no overage; you upgrade when you need more. If overage becomes a regular line on your invoice, the next package up is usually cheaper.

Yes, at any time, and nothing in your account is gated by the package you are on. Since every tier carries the same feature set, moving between them only changes your monthly allowance and rate.
Annual is charged as eleven months rather than twelve, so the twelfth month is free. You are billed once for the year and your credits still reset monthly.
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify Managed Pricing on the usage plan, so charges land on your normal Shopify invoice on a pay-as-you-go basis. The packages on this page are billed directly by Rezolve Ai. If you want a package instead of pay-as-you-go usage on a Shopify store, talk to us and we will sort out the right rail for you.
