Update a tenant
Rename a tenant, replace its request defaults, or suspend and reactivate it. While a tenant is suspended, calls made with its keys or naming it in X-Tenant-Id are refused with 403 TENANT_SUSPENDED. config replaces the stored defaults as a whole; send an empty object to clear them. Partner accounts only: call it with your partner account's account-wide key, which needs the admin scope, and without X-Tenant-Id.
